Course description

Overview

Join Dr. Jim Knight, the pioneer of instructional coaching research, for 2 days as he shares how coaching is a powerful way to support change. In this workshop, Jim will talk about the different approaches to coaching – directive, dialogical, and facilitative. Jim will explain when to use each approach and how it centers around what the person who is being coached needs. Jim will also go over the 7 success factors for any coaching program. Participants will leave with:

Certificate: E-certificate signed by Dr. Jim Knight will be issued 5 working days after the workshop.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for the workshop may only be issued if cancelled by the Workshop leader(for reasons beyond his control) and we failed to find a suitable time for most of participants; or registered participant informs IES he/she is not able to show up before 30/06/2024;
If there is insufficient registration before 10/10/2024 the IES will inform participants of the cancellation and refund the actual paid registration fee only.
